- Our production time is listed in the shop announcement and updated each month. Production time does not include time in transit, this varies based on the shipping method you choose.
- First Class takes 2-5 business days, Priority takes 1-3 business days.
- We work Monday-Friday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded in production and shipping times.


⭐ When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
**Please double check your address on Etsy, that your item is being shipped to. If for some reason USPS flags your address as not verified, we will contact you by Etsy messaging before shipping. If there is no answer from you on Etsy message in 24 hours, we will go ahead and ship to the address you have listed. We CANNOT guarantee losses due to incorrect address.

⭐ Your happiness is my guarantee. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact me immediately. Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.

⭐ We want your order to be made just the way you want it. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us), therefore, please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check your personalization for spelling errors carefully. Please send us a message if you have questions about personalization before placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once production has been initiated.

1.) Send me a message within 3 days of receiving.
2.) Place unworn jewelry in gift box with bubble wrap, as received, and return via USPS with tracking, within 7 days.
3.) The jewelry amount will be refunded upon return.

**Any jewelry that was hand stamped, specific letters and sizes using crimps, and custom pieces, are not returnable.
