❤︎ My story ~ I started making jewelry at a young age, with a love of creating beautiful pieces. Through the years I’ve centered on minimal, inspirational, and personalized jewelry. I found out the biggest demand from my customers were for the Royals, so I've now added custom Royal Replicas. When you place an order from my shop, I will personally get it ready and ship it with special care. If you have any questions, please send me a message.

Returns : Exchanges : Cancellations
I gladly accept cancellations if cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Orders will start to be made after 1 hour. 
Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. 
I don't accept returns or exchanges. 
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order.

Please note that the jewelry is handmade for you upon your order and all sales are final.

If you have any problems with your order please contact me within 48 hours. I'll try my best to resolve 
any issues there may be. 
Please note the following conditions: 
• Item(s) must be in its original unworn condition. 
• All jewelry must be safely packed in its original packaging and shipped in a box or padded mailer to protect the merchandise. 
• Damaged jewelry from return shipping will not be accepted. 
• Any jewelry returned in regular envelopes or non padded mailing envelopes will automatically be rejected. These returns are logged and will not be accepted if they are mailed again in different packaging.

WRONG SIZE If the size you chose does not fit because the length ordered is too short, you can order an extender chain to add 1-3" length. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. When an item is returned for whatever reasons we've agreed on, $4.99 is non refundable on free shipping orders. Buyers will also be responsible for return shipping charges. 

WEAR AND TEAR 
Please be sure to handle your jewelry with care. Materials used and care cards are included with your order. 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chains include polishing cloths.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 
Make sure your address at checkout is correct. If the shipping address was incorrect at the time of shipment please contact USPS with your tracking number. If your package is returned to our studio because of an incorrect address that was provided, we can ship it again upon postage payment.

SHIPPING POLICIES 
Since each item is handmade to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production, in addition to delivery times. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date in advance or at the time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
